- We currently ship within India.
- Delivery is available across all major cities and pin codes.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
- Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping method and the delivery pin code.
- Same-day dispatch is available if rush orders placed before 9:00 AM (weekends and holidays excluded).
- If rush orders placed after 9:00 AM (weekends and holidays excluded), order will dispatch next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all orders.
4. Order Tracking
- Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS as soon as the product is shipped.
- You can track your order through the provided tracking link.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If an order is lost in transit, we will either issue a refund or reship the same product at no additional cost.
- If an order is delayed beyond 15-20 days, we will verify the issue and offer a refund or reshipment as per customer preference.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be held at a local delivery hub for pickup or returned to us.

- Once an order is placed, address modifications are not guaranteed.
